The duration of classic recruiting is from 2 to 4 weeks. In individual cases the dates can be discussed.

We use only the most effective methods and instruments for searching.

-    extensive source of Candidates from all RF regions;

-    various sources in the Internet;

-    search by recommendations.

 Our Clients quite often come across the problem of search of high-qualified managers and specialists, whose skills, knowledge, experience and scope of activity are unique. Here we use technologies of Executive Search & Headhunting,  we also use all possible connections, which we have acquired after the years of successful projects implementation.

Conditions

Of annual income:
10% - mass selection
18% - specialists in areas of sales, accounting, logistics, IT, building etc.
25% - selection of top- and middle-management

* Annual income of employee includes salary, bonuses and all supplements.

 

We provide 3 months of guarantee for linear positions and 6 months for leading positions.

If the Employee does not pass the probationary period we provide a single free replacement during 1 month.

If  the list of requirements to candidates is changed during the search of specialist, current search project should be considered to be fulfilled. In this case the agency fee is 30% of original order's cost.

Payment for the services should be carried out in 3 days after the employment of the candidate.
